2. Testing HarmCheck.
The best way to experience HarmCheck is to integrate it naturally into your workflow. Install it, use Outlook as you normally would, and let HarmCheck show you how it works in real-time.
HarmCheck flags:
HarmCheck detects harmful, unethical and unlawful communication across over 40 categories including discrimination in the workplace, fairness in lending, covert communications, document tampering, retaliation, threats, and much more.
HarmCheck does NOT flag:
There are many tools that offer spell check and grammar check, but we’ve focused entirely on detecting harmful, unethical and unlawful language in digital communication. It’s a big job, so that’s all we do.

Once you've assembled your test team, send them an email to inform them about the upcoming HarmCheck testing and invite their participation. We've provided a sample email that you can easily copy and paste to share with your team.

We’re testing a new Microsoft Outlook add-in called HarmCheck. It helps flag harmful or unlawful language in our email communication, and I’ve added you as a tester.
HarmCheck is now available in your Outlook email client. To use it, start a new email, click the "Apps" button in the horizontal ribbon, and select the "HarmCheck" icon. A side panel will open with real-time feedback on the language in your email before you hit send.
Note: To make HarmCheck appear every time, click on the pin icon at the top of the side panel next to the name HarmCheck.
